Reports regarding unsafe road conditions (ex. downed tree in roadway) and broken water and sewer mains are to be called into this number. After hours, you may direct these calls to 9-1-1. As a reminder, if you lose power, report the outage to your electricity provider - not the City as we do not service this utility. 9-1-1 should be reserved for true, life threatening emergencies and crimes. A downed power line should be treated as live with electricity, creating the potential for fire and injury. Don't forget to check on your neighbors and those in need.
